2016 Javelin European Championship
Dear sailors,
The 2016 Javelin European Championships will be held from 23rd till 28th of July. We will be returning to the same locationas the 2013 Europeans in the Netherlands: Tjeukemeer
This lake is the second biggest lake in the Netherlands and provides great opportunities for some excellent sailing!
There also will be an onshore programme for families and friends. More info coming soon.
Camping is possible on 'camping Tjeukemeer'. Please have a look at there website
for more information.
Sailing will start directly from the camping site.
We have heard that some teams won't be able to make it to a start on Saturday the 23rd. Right now we are discussing with the race-committee if it will be possible to do a practice-race on Saturday and start racing on Sunday the 24th. We will keep you informed.
