Dit jaar gaat de spannendste strijd van het jaar plaats vinden in Filey, UK. Het EK wordt wederom gevaren met boten uit Nederland, Duitsland en Engeland.

Vanuit Nederland en Duitsland zullen een aantal boten oversteken om hun inbreng bij Filey te doen gelden.
Wil je wel het EK varen maar je hebt geen boot tot je beschikking of je vindt de overtocht incl. boot naar Engeland te duur dan kan je in Engeland een boot lenen die niet wordt gebruikt. Je hoeft dan alleen een overtocht naar Hull te regelen ( als !voet voetganger? ) en iets te regelen zodat je vanuit Hull naar Filey wordt getransporteerd ( daar is vast wel wat voor te regelen )

Too expensive!! :O We had 8 UK boats at Makkum in 2000, 13 at Uitdam in 2001 and 8 last year in travemunder. 3 trips to your 1 crossing the North sea, apart from one or two over here we have as little money as you.;)

Didn't want to offend you guys but somehow a trip from the UK to the mainland is less expensive than the other way around... Guess this it not fair, I agree.. maybe we have to sew the ferry-company... hehehe :p

For myself, I just bought a new sail this year and have had some other big expenses and just don't have the dough available

Its a shame Jens & Jan didn't find it too expensive, to give us all a chance of winning the Euro-Cup! :p
