Javelin Eurocup 2022 @ Workum
Dear sailors,
The European Championship Javelin 2022 will be held from 23/7 arriving, 24/7 first day of racing till 27/7 last day of racing. The event will take place near Workum at the IJsselmeer, most of the Javelin sailors will remember it from the euro’s 2019.
The IJsselmeer is the biggest lake in the Netherlands and provides great opportunities for some excellent sailing!
There will be enough to see and to do for families and friends in this part of the Netherlands called Friesland.
Camping is near the eventsite and is arranged for all sailors, we are staying on the large field near the slope. Have a look at www.itsoal.nl for more
information.
The sailing will start directly from the campingsite.
In order to achieve good camping facilities, please fill out the preliminary reservation and send it to wedstrijd@javelin.nl as soon as possible but before 1-7-2022 so we can make a reservation in one deal.
We have an all-in price for competitors € 295,- including BBQ and Captain dinner for helm and crew.
Additional persons have to sign up separately. Camping costs 26 euro per tent/camper per night, irrespective of the number of persons. Tourist tax and pets are not included in the price and will be extra.
When enough people are interested, we could ask the restaurant for possibilities to provide breakfast and lunch. Please fill out the form and we can investigate for possibilities.
